If you’re a North Fulton resident experiencing a financial crisis due to job loss, medical concerns, or emergency expenses, NFCC may be able to help.
North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) provides compassionate assistance during financial emergencies. Our financial assistance program can assist you with rent, mortgage payments, or utility bills during times of need.
Financial assistance services are available for residents of these zip codes within Fulton County:

- 30022
- 30024
- 30075
- 30076
- 30097

How to Apply
Submit Documents Online: Once you receive an email confirming eligibility, you will need to complete your financial assistance application and submit all required documentation.
Meet With a Case Manager: Once you’ve submitted all required documentation, you’ll receive an email to schedule and meet with a Case Manager in person, located at the Barbara Duffy Center (down the street from the Food Pantry).
What to Expect
Your Application
- Proof of residency
- Photo ID
- Emergency financial need documentation
- Income documentation
- Current bank statements (showing all transactions for the last 30 days)
- If you have children: Documentation of each child living in the home.
Eligibility
We work with residents who live in Fulton County* zip codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022, 30024, 30075, 30076, or 30097 and within the cities of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Mountain Park, Milton, or Roswell.
Your Application
Once the required documents are submitted and approved, you’ll receive an email to schedule an appointment with a case manager.
Your case manager will provide personalized guidance and connect you with additional NFCC services and community resources.
Assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis.
You must bring your current photo ID to your appointment.
*NFCC cannot authorize financial assistance for residents of subsidized housing programs, hotel assistance, or those with housing vouchers.
