The NFCC team can pick up furniture, appliances, and large donations that require a truck, so you don’t have to transport heavy items to our store.

Pickup service is available only in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, and Roswell.

The NFCC team can pick up furniture, appliances, and large donations that require a truck, so you don’t have to transport heavy items to our store.

Pickup service is available only in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, and Roswell.

To arrange a pickup, please read the guidelines below and complete the Pickup Request Form. Be sure to include photographs of all items.

  • Pickups are on Tuesday and Thursdays only.
  • All items must be in good condition: free of rips, tears, fading, cigarette smoke, and pet hair/odor.
  • NFCC and the driver reserve the right to decline any items that we consider not suitable for resale or use in our facility.
  • Items should be located in a garage or driveway the day of pickup (if weather permits).
  • Allow at least one week for all pickups.

NFCC has partnered with fellow nonprofit ReSupply to offer an additional option for furniture and large-item Thrift donations.

ReSupply Priority Pickup — FEE APPLIES

Priority Pickup offers additional flexibility, including:

• Pickups available as soon as 2 business days, Monday–Saturday, subject to availability.
• Items in any condition can be picked up.
• Items can be retrieved from anywhere, including inside your residence or a storage unit.
• ReSupply can disassemble eligible items when needed, except doors, cabinets or lighting.
• Pickup fees are based on the items and services required and are typically less than traditional moving or junk removal services.
• The ReSupply pickup fee is not tax deductible; however, eligible items donated to NFCC are.
