The NFCC team can pick up furniture, appliances, and large donations that require a truck, so you don’t have to transport heavy items to our store.

Pickup service is available only in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, and Roswell.

The NFCC team can pick up furniture, appliances, and large donations that require a truck, so you don’t have to transport heavy items to our store.

Pickup service is available only in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, and Roswell.

To arrange a pickup, please read the guidelines below and complete the Pickup Request Form. Be sure to include photographs of all items.

  • Pickups are on Tuesday and Thursdays only.
  • All items must be in good condition: free of rips, tears, fading, cigarette smoke, and pet hair/odor.
  • NFCC and the driver reserve the right to decline any items that we consider not suitable for resale or use in our facility.
  • Items should be located in a garage or driveway the day of pickup (if weather permits).
  • Allow at least one week for all pickups.
