Ways to Get Involved
Help families in need in our community by getting involved at NFCC. Together, we can help!
Volunteer
NFCC relies on volunteers to serve families in need in our community. Whether you help in the pantry or thrift shop, provide office support, assist at an event, tutor a student or volunteer in another way, you’ll make a difference for our neighbors.
Donate
The easiest and most impactful way to support NFCC is by making a financial donation. We’ll use your funds where they’re most needed to support our neighbors in need. Increase your impact by signing up as a monthly donor.
Fundraise for NFCC
You can be a force for change in our community by hosting a in-person or virtual fundraiser for NFCC. Raise funds by running a 5k or hosting a wine or game night. In lieu of gifts, ask your friends and family to donate to NFCC to celebrate your birthday, wedding, anniversary or other life event. It’s easy to set up and adopt NFCC as your fundraiser.
Host a Food Drive
NFCC relies on food donations to keep our pantry shelves stocked. Host a food drive and invite your friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. to contribute. Have a little fun and come up with a theme. Click the button below for info on how to host a drive and to view our most needed items.
Donate Clothing & Household Items
NFCC’s Thrift Shop provides free clothing to families in need. In addition, the proceeds from every sale support our other programs and services. Pick up for furniture and other large items is available.
Get Your Group Involved
Is your faith, corporate or civic group looking for a way to make a difference? There are various ways your group can get involved, including drives, volunteering, coming in for a tour or inviting NFCC to speak at your gathering.
Support our Seasonal Programs
Help ease the burden of seasonal purchases for families in need. Donate new backpacks, school supplies, coats and accessories, Thanksgiving food, and toys and gifts during our seasonal programs. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
