We understand that even if you are struggling, it’s important for your financial and emotional wellbeing to have access to attractive clothing and accessories. Putting your best foot forward can make a real difference.

Every individual and family that comes to NFCC is eligible to participate in the free clothing program called Family Choice. All you have to do is come to the Food Pantry  Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-4:30pm or Tuesday and Thursday 9am-7:30pm – to sign up for the program. Each household is assigned 20 points per family member each month to be used as you see fit.

All clothing and accessories in the Thrift Shop have a point value and once you are enrolled in the program, you can shop in the Thrift Shop Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10am-5pm or Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-8pm using your points. You can shop as often as you like during the month with your points allotment. You can even check your point balance at the computer station in the front of the Thrift Shop by entering your phone number.

You are welcome to select whatever clothing and accessories you need for your household. Accessories include shoes, purses, wallets, scarves, belts, ties, underwear, socks, bras and hats. Points will automatically renew each month. They do not carry over, so use them all each month. When you check out, you just provide your phone number to the cashier to use your points.
