Job and Financial Coaching

The Workforce Development Center at NFCC provides services to help participants improve employment prospects and financial stability.

Workshops

NFCC workshops are opportunities for participants to learn new skills and network with fellow job seekers while building connections and accessing job opportunities.

Our workshops feature professionals from a variety of disciplines who volunteer their time to share expertise in personal financial management, career industry trends, as well as provide tools to help participants align financial and career goals.

Our workshops focus on both financial and career topics and often include activities that encourage goal setting and self-reflection.  Participants gain insight into personal strengths, interests, and values.
