Pickup Service
Pickup Reminders
- Pick-up service is available for furniture, appliances and very large items requiring a truck in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park and Roswell.
- Pick-ups are on Tuesday and Thursdays only.
- All items must be free of rips, tears, fading and pet hair/odor. The items picked up are sold in the Thrift Shop to generate revenue to support the NFCC mission.
- NFCC and the driver reserve the right to decline any items that we consider not suitable for resale or use in our facility.
- Items should be located in the garage or in the driveway the day of pick up depending on the weather.
- Allow at least one week for all pickups.
- Please call us if part or all of your donation is no longer available for pick up.
Items that are NOT accepted:
- armoires
- basketball hoops
- bed pillows (used)
- building materials/light fixtures
- built-in appliances/fixtures
- car seats
- ceiling fans
- cribs
- custom valances, curtains and drapes
- electronic exercise equipment
- entertainment centers
- fax machines & copiers
- mattresses/box springs
- medical equipment
- pianos
- tube televisions
- wall units
- swing sets
