Back-to-School Program

Help a child start school with the supplies needed to succeed academically! In August, we help low-income families save money and prepare for school by providing new backpacks filled with school supplies to students in grades K-12.

Teacher Stocking and Restocking Day

For elementary school teachers at North Fulton schools where more than 50% of the students participate in the Federal free or reduced lunch program, this free event is held every August.  All supplies are new and for school use only to help low-income students finish the year at their full academic potential. For more information contact Eden Purdy at 678-387-4458.

Warm Coat Day

Warm the hearts of others by sharing the warmth! October is the month we collect new or gently used coats, jackets, hats, scarves and gloves for adults and children. Coats are distributed the first weekend in November — just in time for the colder days of Fall.

Holiday Program

This is a very special time of the year to help others! NFCC provides food to families for Thanksgiving. December brings the opportunity to provide toys and gifts to someone in need by sponsoring a family or a senior for the holidays.  To make sure every child in North Fulton experiences the joys of the season, new toys are also collected during December for our Santa Shop.

For complete information on the holiday program and to sign up to help, please visit our holiday website after September 1st

United Way Shoe Box Campaign

As part of the United Way Shoebox campaign in the Spring, NFCC collects and distributes decorated shoe boxes filled with toiletries for homeless women, children, and men in metro Atlanta. For more information contact Melody Fortin at 678-387-4465.
